1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jilicash platform available at jilicash.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilicash ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilicash platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jilicash, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age 21+ as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jilicash, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jilicash or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jilicash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilicash may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering on jilicash, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility status is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jilicash, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all jilicash accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on jilicash. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilicash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: jilicash is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your jilicash account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

jilicash reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilicash are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. jilicash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilicash does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. jilicash aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. jilicash complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits may not be withdrawn without first being used for wagering activity.

4.4 Transaction Errors. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, jilicash reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, regardless of whether the error was in your favor or ours. You must notify jilicash immediately upon becoming aware of any transaction discrepancy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilicash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilicash reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game weightings are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified.
• jilicash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• jilicash reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jilicash — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting, and Teen Patti Joker — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generators. All non-live casino games on jilicash use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published transparently for all applicable games.

6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, jilicash will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection in accordance with the applicable game rules.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the jilicash Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except in circumstances expressly provided for in the Sports Betting Rules.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. jilicash will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilicash. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on jilicash, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jilicash immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilicash staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your jilicash account through your payment provider without first contacting jilicash support.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilicash platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of jilicash.org, is the exclusive property of jilicash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilicash platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilicash.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.
• Use any jilicash trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of jilicash intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilicash reserves all rights and remedies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilicash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Damages arising from reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond jilicash's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

jilicash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilicash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilicash's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilicash is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jilicash provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jilicash. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by jilicash. jilicash reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, jilicash may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by You. You may close your jilicash account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your account. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.

12 Amendments

jilicash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of jilicash after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilicash, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilicash is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with jilicash, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
